“ I like this place. Family vibes, good pizza, open late... In fact, I'm gonna grab a few slices right now! ”
“ Food is delicious and service is outstanding. Never had a bad experience. We order from Lievito even though there are other places closer. Delivery is always fast and hot. Pizza is dependably fantastic, but the whole menu is great. ”
“ Surprisingly great pizza and their pasta was good too! We got a meat pizza and the sauce was delicious. Perfectly tangy with the right spice; and their shells and cheese were pretty good too. Good food for a decent price. ”
“ Just had this place for the first time and it was excellent. I'd say probably the best pizza in the area for just a little over five dollars a slice. The girl that worked at front was extremely friendly as well. ”
“ Phenomenal vodka pasta and sausage. Pleasantly surprised as this was a last second purchase. Will hit them up again next time I'm in town. ”
“ Fantastic pasta!! The vodka sauce is delicious and the Alfredo was actually very tasty. All chicken was perfectly cooked. We will definitely be ordering from here again soon!! Thank you! ”
“ I've been ordering take out from these guys for almost two years now. Ever since Renatos cut their portion sizes in half and doubled their prices actually. I've never had a problem and the food has been great. Deliveries are always within a reasonable amount of time and always sooner than promised. Tonight my Sicilian pie arrived w most of the cheese stuck to the top of the box. I called to let them know and express my disappointment but before I was able to finish my sentence he said he would send me a new pie. I was dumbfounded. I was dumbfounded because it's been many years since I've encountered fair business practice in retail anywhere, in fact, I don't remember the last time a merchant ever went above and beyond for me. We now live in a country where the bartender is doing you a favor for making eye contact with you--you're not getting your drink for another 9 minutes 'but at least he saw me.' Why am I on a first name basis with my roofer? Well because his work must suck, right? And every time I call him because I have another roof leak which has ruined another wall and section of ceiling its another $4,000 -- does he stand behind his work? Obviously not. (Elite Roofing, Bayonne). Have a $5000 air conditioner repair on a unit that's about 3 -4 years old? Too bad -- (Rheem). Not these guys--they get--they value their customers and don't want to lose them. Support this business so we don't lose them. ”
“ *Quarantine Delivery Review* I think Lievito might be the same as Romano Pizza in Weehawken. I was searching for a pizza spot that also had sandwiches, and I noticed they had the same exact menu. Everything sounded really good so we ended up ordering way too much food for two people. But we figured we could have a few meals of leftover, and support a local business at the same time (or at least that's what I tell myself because I think I really just wanted to pig out). Here is what we ordered: Meatball Parm Sub - meatballs are solid Chicken Parm Sub - some parts of the chicken were a bit too thin, which ended up making it a little dry but overall, it wasn't bad Lievito's Special Pizza (meatball, sausage, pepperoni, onions, mushrooms, and green peppers) - basically a supreme pizza. They don't skimp on the toppings. It's not my favorite crust, but the pizza itself was pretty good Lievito Appetizer Sampler (chicken wings, chicken fingers, french fries, jalapeno poppers, mozzarella sticks, fried ravioli) - nothing special but it's good if you just want to eat a bunch of fried stuff that's bad for you. It was a bit cold but it tasted a lot better the next day after we popped it into the toaster oven I really had to stop myself from adding a philly cheesesteak on top of this order, so I think I'll try that out next time, along with some of their specialty pies. Hopefully we will get to go in person and sit down, sometime soon. ”
